How can I conduct a verification?

1. First, you must have received a digital document from a student or alumni with a disclaimer at the bottom certifying that it is a digital document issued by the University.
2. To review the document, click the link at the bottom of the document to be directed to the Verification Portal where you can check the files.
3. After selecting the documents, click the submit button. Now, your request is being processed and checked with the University’s records.
4. In seconds, you receive confirmation about the documents and can be sure if it was issued by the University.

How can I be sure if the results are true?

UAE University is using the latest technological innovation called “blockchain” to issue and secure digital records. We strive to achieve paperless administration and add new digital offerings to our students. Blockchain technology enables us to issue documents that no one can modify or counterfeit in any form.

How can I interpret the results?

All documents that receive a green, positive answer from the system have been issued by the University. Any documents that receive red, negative answers from the system do not match the University records or have been revoked. Please contact the University directly with the information for any concerns.
